Fire Alarm Design

I am working with Glentech out of Texas on design and supply of fire alarm system.  I have no date of when system will be ready to submit to city and will probably be pushing it as far as time is concerned but do not want to use Richard Stevenson.  They are highly recommended by Bob Hazelton.  I have talked with Jason with Riverside County Fire and he said they had no requirements as far as licensing or any special restrictions   .
