• 2/3 of bldg framing are set all the way to the back dining room

• Underground crew has dug out all 10 of the light pole bases and have set 5 Saunatube on the west side of the bldg and are ready for rebar that we have trenched to. We will be trenching to the remaining pole light bases Thursday 10/25/12. Rebar setting and grounding on Friday 10/26/12.

• Finished trenching to all the light pole bases.
• The underground crew are digging the last two bases, and we be setting cages, grounds,and anchor bolts on Monday. They were not ready on Friday for grounding.

Oct 29, 2012

·         Went to White cap and pickup the 3/4 x 18” anchor bolts.

·         Help set the cages, grounded, and set anchor bolts. Clean the trenches around the light pole base and install the conduits into the bases.

Oct. 30, 2012

·         While waiting for inspection on the light pole base. I had taken the extra time to do some boxing in the corridors.  

·         After the 9:30 am inspection, I had gone to the nearest rental yard and ordered a skid steer for back fill. Back fill and graded all the trenches, clean up 80% of the dirt that had spilled over into the parking lot from the trencher and from the light bases holes that they dug.

• Loaded 164 can light fixture into the container.

Oct. 31, 2012

·         Rec’v the alien material order from desert electric supply and loaded it into the container.

·         Had the skid steer pick up and went over to rental yard to finalize the rental paper work, (ie.pay) for it.

·         Box some more of the core in the building.

·         Set up the delivery for the switch gear.

Nov. 1, 2012

·         Box out the electrical room area; prep the electrical room for the switch gear.

• Rec’v 62 of the “c” can light fixtures. Loaded can light fixture into the container.

·         Rec’v the switch gear.

Nov.2, 2012

·         Loaded the switch gear into the electrical room, waiting on the local AHJ to approve the wall for sheet rock.

·         Layout the Mechanical room with the plumber and boxed it out.

·         Friday clean up.

Nov. 5, 2012

·         Got Approval on the Electrical room wall, will start pre rock on Tuesday.

·         Pre drill the sub panels, adjusted conduits; will be pre rock on   Tuesday.

·         Cut in the Exterior boxes, work on boxing the core.

Nov.6, 2012

·         Could not start pre rock today the framers were rolling trusses today over the kitchen and mechanical rooms.

·         Started boxing the rooms.

·         Box out the front core area.

·         Started installing the fire rated.

·         Help Jr lay out the ceiling boxes in the rooms.

·          

Nov .7 2012

·         Took mike to the home depot and pick up the sheet rock material.

·         Pre rock the electrical room.

·         Drill out the four 2” holes above all the sub-panels.

·         Finish boxing the rooms 1-15

Nov.8, 2012

·         Pre rock the sub –panel s and install panel can 1,2,3,4,5,8

·         Started setting the Switch gear and will finish Friday morning

·         Started boxing room 34- 46

·         Installed the front soffit can lights

·         Walk the building with jay

·         Set the switch gear place, bolted the buses together.

·         Finish boxing  rooms 34-46

Nov 12, 2012

·         Bolted the switchgear to the floor and torque the buses

·         Installed a S/o cord though the kitchen conduit for temp power

·         Clean up the electrical room

·         Started boxing rooms 16-33

·         Boxed the laundry room area

·         Meet with the inspector for the temporary green tag

·         Installed  soffit can lights pushing the framer to finish

·         Double check the corridors for missing boxes and drill for pre-wire

·         Meet with the inspector for the temporary green tag on the switch gear

·         Finish boxing rooms 16-33

Nov 14, 2012

·         Installed  soffit can lights pushing the framer to finish

·         Drilled rooms  1-15

·         Remove sheet rock from the back of  6,7, kitchen panels and finish install them

·         Boxed the back activity and living room where they final finish the trusses

·         Received 3000 feet of 12-2mc  and started pre-wire the corridors

·         Meet with IID power to mandrel the second dairies, transformer and power is schedule for the first week in December

Nov 15, 2012

·         Pre-wire core and soffit cans lights

·         Boxes and pipe all the misc ¾ conduits

·         Did not receive the second order of 4000 12-2 mc, we need to order the wire two days ahead of time. Thursday order out of Palm Springs will be deliver Monday.

·         Install some of fire rated cans in the common areas.

·         The HVACs crew finally  showed up today, and we will  pre wire mechanical  rooms Monday

·         Start make-up on the Exterior Soffit cans

·         Received  4000, feet  of 12-2mc

·         Finish corridor Pre-wire for the exception of the back activity corridor lights, where the framers are installing the cat walk, will finish Tuesday am.

·         Monday plan of attract is to wire mechanical rooms and pull core home runs
